- RADFAC 2008
RADFAC 2008 is the third edition of a RADECS thematic day aiming to get an overview of on-going academic research in the field of radiation effects on circuits and systems. PhD students as well as researchers are invited to present their work during this informal meeting that aims to providing a snapshot of research works in progress in the different domains of the RADECS community. For PhD students, it is an unique opportunity to get a direct feedback from the community, to establish interesting contacts for scientific collaborations and for their professional future.
- 18 March 2008 - Mol (NPS)
- Radiation tolerance: instrumentation from transistor to integrated systems
An education day in state-of-the-art radiation behavior of semiconductor technology and applications of electronic circuits in radiation environments. During the day seven tutorial presentations are given by international experts.
- 10-14 September 2007 - Deauville (France) (NPS)
- RADECS 2007: 9th European Conference Radiation and Its Effects on Components and Systems
Since 1989, the goal of the European RADECS Conferences and Workshops has been to serve the various international industrial and research communities interested in radiation effects in electronics and optoelectronics. Consequently, the Organizing Committee will set up a program intended to diffuse knowledge of what’s new in radiation effects on electronics, to help develop problem solving attitudes and cooperation. A one-day short Course will take place just before the Conference. This year, the theme is “Radiation Effects, from Materials to Systems: a Multi-Scale Approach”.
