- 27-28 November 2008 - Veldhoven (ED)
- SAFE 2008, the Annual Workshop on Semiconductor Advances for Future Electronics and Sensors
The SAFE - Semiconductor Advances for Future Electronics - workshop focuses on the technology and functionality of transistors, sensors and actuators. The aim of the SAFE workshop is primarily to bring together researchers from universities, institutes and industry, and to serve as a platform for discussion in the fields of IC-technology, -devices and -manufacturing.
- 27-31 October 2008 - Amsterdam (AP/MTT ED)
- European Microwave Week 2008
The European Microwave Week 2008 continues the series of successful microwave events, following Amsterdam (1998 and 2004), Munich (1999, 2003 and 2007), Paris (2000 and 2005), London (2001), Milan (2002), and Manchester (2006) with its 11th Conference and Exhibition Week. This conference series has continued to grow and is now the premier event in this field in Europe. The European Microwave Week now consists of four conferences:- The European Microwave Conference (EuMC)
- The European Wireless Technology Conference (EuWiT)
- The European Radar Conference (EuRAD)
- The European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference (EuMIC)
- 29 September - 2 October 2008 - Maastricht (ED)
- ESREF 2008 , the 19th European Symposium on Reliability of Electron Devices, Failure Physics and Analysis
The IEEE conference series on Automatic Face and Gesture Recognition is the premier international forum for state of the art image and video-based biometric gesture and body movement recognition including face Recognition/Analysis (tracking/detection, recognition, expression analysis, 3D analysis) gesture Recognition/Analysis (gesture interpretation, head tracking, arm/limb and body analysis/tracking), Body Motion Analysis (human motion analysis, gait recognition, 3d movement and gait analysis), etc.
