Computational Intelligence Chapter

Back to Past Events overview.
22-24 April 2009 - Brugge (CI)
ESANN'2009, the 17th European Symposium on Artificial Neural Networks

The 17th European Symposium on Artificial Neural Networks is a major event for researchers in the fields of artificial neural networks, machine learning, computational intelligence and related topics. Il will be held in Bruges, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Europe. Contributions are welcome.

22-24 September 2008 - Brussel (CI)
ANTS 2008, the Sixth International Conference on Ant Colony Optimization and Swarm Intelligence

Swarm intelligence is a relatively new discipline that deals with the study of self-organizing processes both in nature and in artificial systems. Researchers in ethology and animal behavior have proposed many models to explain interesting aspects of social insect behavior such as self-organization and shape-formation. Recently, algorithms inspired by these models have been proposed to solve difficult computational problems.

23-25 April 2008 - Brugge (CI)
ESANN'2008, 16th European Symposium on Artificial Neural Networks - Advances in Computational Intelligence and Learning

The ESANN'2008 conference is the 16th conference covering the topics of artificial neural networks, machine learning, and computational intelligence, in a broad sense. It covers statistical information processing, data analysis, mathematical foundations, algorithms and tools, and applications. The conference consists in single-track oral sessions and poster sessions. It gathers each year between 100 and 120 participants working in the field but most often having different backgrounds, making discussions and common work particularly fruitful.
